Good-bye Stephanie!
Good-bye Todd!
We love your house!
We hope you have fun in it!

There's absolutely no doubt about it - this house is a gem and Todd and Stephanie are so lucky to have found it! It suits them and their lifestyle perfectly. We are so happy for them and look forward to many visits - and, we hope, many more delicious meals!

Todd and Stephanie's house has an entire lower level too and this is where their family room is with their new plasma TV. I neglected to take any pictures of their gorgeous bathrooms, but they have three and two of them are all marble with wonderful huge showers.

And this is their lovely new ceiling fan that floats above their bed.

Now we're in Todd and Stephanie's master bedroom, a comfortable room with clean lines.

A huge thank you to Todd & Stephanie. Pictured from left: Stephanie, Todd, Connie & Troy.

Even Hobbes is happy - he gets to gnaw on a huge bone under the dining room table.

Time to enjoy this delicious meal. Pictured clockwise at left: Stephanie, Connie and Troy.

As Todd works outdoors, Stephanie is preparing some delicious canapes on the granite topped island.

Todd puts the finishing touches on his specialty for the evening meal and everyone inside is waiting with anticipation.

And there's always time to give Hobbes some extra attention and love - he was being such a good boy!

Back at the barbeque, Todd, as usual, has everything under control.

Time for Stephanie to make sure that all is proceeding according to plan at the barbeque. She can easily keep an eye on things from the deck.

Here's Todd now on the patio getting ready to start the barbeque with his ever-present pal, Hobbes. Course Hobbes will follow most anyone with food, even if the food isn't intended for him!

This picture shows the pretty little hard wood deck located right outside the breakfast nook. It overlooks the patio, backyard and garage.

Time to light the candles before the plates are filled and served. Stephanie's done this a few times before - like probably hundreds!

The dining room is comfortable and elegant all at the same time with the custom made furniture from North Carolina.

The fireplace & armoire are across from the sofa and chairs. The room is nice sized & the furniture compliments one another.

This is the lovely living room. The beautiful globe in the corner was a 10th wedding anniversary gift from Trent, Amy, Troy and Connie. Todd & Stephanie selected those neat shades that can be raised from the bottom up or the top down for the front bay windows, and the leather and suede combination on the furniture looks perfect - very Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware, although that's not where they bought these pieces.

Stephanie and Todd are in the kitchen doing what they do best - putting on amazing meals with panache and aplomb!

I love this wonderful kitchen so wanted to add one more shot of it; this one is of Barb, Stephanie's mom, and Stephanie on July 2, 2005.

This shot of the kitchen on July 2, 2005 shows the SubZero frig, cute light fixtures above the island & the island itself. Pictured: Stephanie at right & me.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art in every way with a range that looks like it belongs in a high end restaurant. The cabinetry is dark cherry wood and quite beautiful. The countertops are granite.

This is what Stephanie was smiling at - wonderful, beautiful, friendly, lick-you-to-death 4-year-old Hobbes, a perfect Golden Retriever! He's one-of-a-kind and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Here's Stephanie in the midst of preparing another of her memorable meals in her new kitchen. I think actually in this picture she is smiling at Hobbes (more pictures of him coming up), who has been known to occasionally get into trouble in the kitchen.

Here are the proud owners of this darling house standing in their gorgeous kitchen. Todd and Stephanie are gourmet chefs and their cuisine is renowned. They love to cook and everything they prepare is delicious, exotic, and made with love. Their new kitchen is perfect for them!

A HOUSE IN THE CITY
I have been wanting to blog an album on Todd and Stephanie's new house. It's the cutest place and they have it decorated beautifully, so this begins a journal of the pictures that I've gotten of this adorable house in the city.
